This is the best experience I have ever had at a Shake Shack. The food was fresh. The employees were efficient and very friendly. The facilities were clean. My food came out in a timely manner. I mean this was just a really great experience at a fast food restaurant. This was one of the best meals I had in New Orleans actually. I came here twice. I would definitely go back again.

I have eaten here a few times and baby when I tell you the burgers are just fantastic. The wait on a Saturday night wasn’t to long and they are open till 1 am so after a few drinks this is the SPOT!! We each had a double shake burger and some fries to go. My plans was to take a snap a pic before we dive in but that never happened… we just dove in because they were so fresh and good we couldn’t wait. The vibe inside is nice and clean and typical of a burger joint. Defines a good spot and close to the theater which makes it a great place for a burger before or after a movie!! Definitely recommend! SIDE NOTE… it was so good I came back the next day for another burger and fries and was able to snap a pic before I devoured it!!!
The food was delicious but you have to add your own flavor. They didn’t put no seasoning on the burger but did on fries. Lol so backwards. The place was clean and kiosk to order was convenient and decent. The customer service was friendly when spoken to them, shy and quiet.

I enjoyed this burger, great value! They offer gluten free options (GF bun or lettuce wrap) A triple patty burger with lettuce wrap was juicy and hearty for under $13. I was grateful they offer cold filtered water too. Food was very fast and service friendly. I would come back!
ABSOLUTELY love everything about this place. Don't necessarily have to order with a person, can use kiosk, amazing food brought to your table, no mistakes! Highlyyyy recommend this place for any burger lovers! Clean with a nice atmosphere
Have been waiting to try Shake Shack on my next visit to NOLA. It was absolutely worth it. The burger was excellent and the chicken bites were great as well. We had a single avocado bacon cheeseburger, chicken bites, and cheddar bacon fries. The staff we encountered were kind and helpful. The only thing that caused a 4 instead of a 5 star on food was the ranch that came with the chicken bites. It was prepackaged and did not have a good ranch flavor. However, it did not ruin our experience and cannot wait to come again.
We love Shake Shack! You order on a kiosk and they bring your order to you. Everything is fresh! Their fries are so crispy, never soggy, and have lots of salt. The burgers are amazing!! Will definitely be back.
